About the author - Fun Facts
Karen wrote the entirety of the book while living as an expat in Mexico, a culture and context that has allowed her to slow down, view life through a different lens, and place a greater value on human connection, meaningful work, celebration and faith. Karen lives with her husband in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Along with her wisdom, Karen shares insights she has gleaned from being part of a community of writers, musicians, and artists over the decades.
