Answering the Call: Practices for the Feminine Leader Rising

By Tabby Biddle

You feel the call. To lead. To speak. To serve. Not from ego or ambition—but from something deeper—a quiet knowing, a sacred stirring. You’re not alone.

There’s a quiet revolution happening.

More and more women are awakening to this call. Not to lead the old way—through hustle, performance, or burnout. But to lead from presence, truth, and embodiment.

This is the path of feminine leadership. And it begins with how we show up for ourselves, every day. Here are five simple practices to support your rise…

5 Simple Practices to Support Your Rise

1. MORNING GROUNDING RITUAL

Before you open your laptop or check your phone—pause.
Place one hand on your heart, and one hand on your womb. Breathe deeply.
Ask: What does my leadership want to express today?
Let your inner wisdom guide you.

2. Feel It to Lead It

The more you allow yourself to feel—grief, rage, joy, desire—the more magnetic your leadership becomes. Emotion is not a liability. It’s a compass.
This is how people feel you.
You don’t have to be polished to be powerful.

3. Visibility as A PRACTICE, Not A Performance

Don’t “show up” because you should. Share when you are moved.
When something in you wants to be spoken, written, or witnessed.
Let visibility become a sacred practice—an offering, not a performance.

4. Move Your Body, Move Your Message

Leadership gets stagnant when it stays in the mind.
If you feel stuck, move your body. Dance, walk, shake, stretch.
Your body knows how to move fear, doubt and stuck energy. Listen to her.

5. Lead in Sisterhood

You were never meant to rise alone.
Leadership in the feminine doesn’t thrive in isolation.
Let yourself be seen, held, and celebrated by other women walking this path.
Feminine leadership thrives in community, not competition.

You don’t have to lead like anyone else. You don’t have to fit a model that was never meant for you.

The call to lead is real. And your presence—your way of leading—is needed.

If this speaks to you, stay close. I’ll be sharing more soon.
