The Power Women Summit by WrapWomen is Back
by Tabby Biddle
The Power Women Summit is back! This is the largest gathering of the most influential women in media, entertainment and technology. This year, the event is FREE for all attendees, and you’re invited!
This three-day virtual event, December 8-10th, is hosted by the WrapWomen, a power base of influential women in entertainment, media, technology and brands committed to changing the face of their industries.
This year’s program will focus on amplifying all underrepresented voices in Hollywood and beyond.
The Power Women Summit will kick-off with a keynote address from lawyer, professor and equality champion Anita Hill. Anita Hill is the chair of the Hollywood Commission on Eliminating Sexual Harassment and Advancing Equality.
Other speakers include Regina King, Shannon Watts, Storm Reid, Jameela Jamil, Beanie Feldstein, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and more!
In addition to the daily panels, roundtables, musical performances, and stand-up comedy, there will be opportunities for small group mentorship with industry leaders with a ticket upgrade. I am honored to be one of these mentors.
Mentor sessions at the Power Women Summit will be curated private video meetings tailored to specific mentee interests with a leader in a dedicated field. The program is designed to foster and cultivate growth in three key areas: storytelling, entrepreneurship and personal development.
If you choose to participate in this option, you’ll select a mentorship track from the three below options:
Storytellers: Finding Your Way in Entertainment
Boss Mode: Taking Your Career to the Next Level
Game Changers: Activism, Social Justice & Personal Growth
I’ll be mentoring in the “Boss Mode” track.
The Power Women Summit aims to inspire and empower you across the landscape of your professional career and personal life. If any of the panels, breakout sessions, film showcases or performances speak to you, I hope you’ll join us!
