Do you have women in your life who you know you can turn to when times are tough? Do you have women who will listen to you without judgement -- simply holding space for you to work through whatever it is that you need to work through?

These women in your life are your Sacred Sisterhood.

I was so moved by a new friend of mine who shared her story so courageously, not just with me, but with hundreds -- and now thousands -- of people in the name of healing herself and bringing about healing for women around the world.

Her name is Cheryl Hunter.

I wonder if some of you know Cheryl. She is a bestselling author, speaker and high-performance coach who lives here in LA. Cheryl and I met through Maria Shriver and are both in what Maria calls her "brain trust." Another form of Sacred Sisterhood.

Recently, Cheryl spoke at TEDxAmericasFinestCity (San Diego) about The Transformational Power of Storytelling.

I am so honored to share with you Cheryl's story. May it serve as a catalyst for you to share your story and bring about healing to those who need to hear from you. Watch here.

Thank you Cheryl for leading the way for so many women!
